That's where you come in, we've created this exciting new role for a strategic, high-calibre CRM Strategy and Planning Manager for easyJet Holidays to drive our customer contact strategy across Europe.
Your role is to implement appropriate direct marketing initiatives to deliver against key business and commercial priorities. You'll increase repeat purchase/loyalty and drive up- and cross- sell revenue delivered by our CRM programme. Through customer data and insights, you'll personalise and optimise the end to end customer experience. Stakeholder management is key as you'll be working with IT, external agencies and other appropriate stakeholders, supporting the integration of customer data into other owned and earned channels - e.g. contact centre, website, mobile app, social media, on board devices. It really is a great opportunity to drive personalised communication to our customers.
