You will be responsible for offering a service that is focused on selling through self-motivation, strong communications skills, excellent product knowledge and identifying customer needs.
Building positive relationships is key to this role in order to proactively sell and gain a loyal base for repeat bookings. As a results driven self starter, you will have extensive product knowledge that enables you to confidently sell package holidays and provide customer service excellence on all inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a Contact Centre environment, good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate clearly at all levels and situations.
