Social Media Assistant - Community Management
EuropeReporting to the Senior PR & Social Media Executive, the Social Media Assistant - Community Management is an exciting new role in our fast growing and high profile Social Media Team responsible for responding to our customers on our brand, trade and recruitment feeds, ensuring we continue to deliver industry leading response rates and a personalised customer service across all our social media channels; driving brand advocacy, loyalty and bookings whilst also protecting the reputation of the brand.
You will respond to all comments and public / private messages across our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts. This includes our Brand, Trade and Recruitment social media channels. You will ensure that all responses are within our agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and that they fit with our social tone of voice guidelines and are consistent with our brand personality. You will also work closely with internal teams across the business to raise and resolve any issues and forward on positive feedback or key insights obtained via our social media channels.
In addition, you will escalate issues that have the potential to generate widespread negative sentiment / media coverage and support on our proactive outreach plan to help generate bookings.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, commercial flair and a proactive outlook with excellent customer service skills. You will be a confident individual, able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in the business. In addition, you will have a sound technical knowledge of the differing social media channels we use and ideally have proven social media community management experience.
