Cabin Services Administrator - Full Time
EuropeBased at Head Office, Leeds Bradford Airport and reporting in to the GM - Cabin Services the Cabin Services Administrator is responsible for the efficient administrative support of the Cabin Services operation.
You will provide positive and detailed administrative support to the operation; this will include processing new Cabin Crew entrants payments and assigning training courses to ensure these are filled to maximum capacity. Recording information of all Cabin Crew new starters and leavers you will ensure all relevant departments are informed of the changes as they happen.
Supporting the Cabin Services Coordinator with Cabin Crew payroll changes and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently to meet payroll deadlines, you will work closely with the HR, Payroll and Training departments.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a busy office, where deadlines were part of the day to day business. You will have a proactive, organised and structured approach to work, with the confidence to communicate across all levels of the Cabin.
