Training and Quality Manager - Contact Centre
EuropeReporting to the Head of Customer Contact the Quality and Training Manager - Customer Contact will be responsible for leading and developing the Jet2holidays Contact Centre Training and Coaching team to ensure that through their support, business and sales requirements are delivered in line with the Contact Centre strategy.
Jet2holidays are looking for an experienced Quality and Training Manager, preferably with Contact Centre experience, who has the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a team of Trainers and Quality Coaches to achieve great results.
You will have a strategic outlook on how tohelp grow our business along through innovative training and development opportunities. You will bring to the role, both the passion and the desire required to help develop the Jet2holidays brand and what it stands for, as well as ensuring our advisors deliver a consistently friendly service to our customers booking \"package holidays they can trust\"
The Contact Centre is a multi channel environment covering inbound sales and service calls, outbound calls and web chat. In this challenging and varied role you will have overall management of the team including; recruitment, selection, performance reviews and development plans. You will have the desire to ensure each customer receives a high level of quality and customer service.
The successful candidate will have proven training management experience preferably within a Contact Centre environment. You will be self-motivated and results driven with the desire to succeed and consistently lead the team to strive for success. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be key to your success in this rewarding and dynamic role.
