Safety Support Co-ordinator
EuropeReporting to the Operations Safetyand Compliance Manager, the Safety Support Co-ordinator will support the Operations Compliance and Safety Team with the day to day operation of the Jet2 .com Safety ReportingSystem(SafetyHUB), reviewing and allocating all incoming Safety reports to the correct colleagues in order for these to be investigated further.
The Safety Support Co-ordinator will review incoming Safety reports that have been submitted onto the Jet2 .com Safety Hub, supporting the investigation of each report and identifying the root cause in order to implement preventative actions to mitigate further occurrences. You will support the Operations Safety and Compliance Manager by monitoring any overdue reports and ensuring the relevant teams bring the investigation to a close. Promoting the Jet2 .com ‘Just Culture' is important to the success of this role and you will do this with the creation of promotional materials and Safety communications to the wider business. You will also assist with all other day to day duties and support your line manager and the wider Safety and Compliance Team with reporting, analysis and administration as required.
The successful candidate will have experience ofworking on Safety Management Systems preferably in an Aviation environment, capturing and analysing large amounts of technical and non-technical data. You will be very analytical and thorough with your day to day work and will have excellent IT skills with the ability to present technical data in a clear and informative way. Above all, you will be able to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamicenvironment whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
