Ground Operations Training Supervisor Front of House - ALC
EuropeReporting to theGround Operations Training Manager,the Front of House (FOH) Training Supervisorwill be responsible forleading a team of trainersby inspiring and motivating them to deliver thehighest quality of training and developmentin order to have a positive impact on FOH operational performance.
Responsible for thedesign and deliveryof creative and engagingtraining solutions,you will ensurequality and standardsare met across the FOH Ground Operations Training function. You will also be required to conductaudits on our training processes and procedures in line with both regulatory standardsandJet2 .comvalues.
A key part of the role is themanagement of a large geographically spread team of trainers.The focus will be toimprove the performanceof the team throughcoaching and feedback. You will ensure the network receives the highest possible standard ofsupportanddevelopmentto ensure ourCustomersare treated as VIPs whilst considering safetyas a priority.
You willdeliver Train the Trainerinitial and refresher classroom based training to the Front of House Trainers and monitor and measure the performanceof the FOH Training Team through 121s and reviews. In addition, you will be responsible for aligning thetraining roadmapto the overall Ground Operations Training Plan and prepare and provide all training certification and recordsas required.
This role can be based atany of ourSpain baseshowever there will be a requirement totravelon a regular basis to other bases as well asLow Fare Finder Housein Leeds which will be your secondary base.
You will already be demonstratingRole Model behaviours. Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience of managing a large team. You will be a proven self starter withexperience of training design and deliveryon an individual basis and in a class room environment. You will be passionate about training and developing othersand be able to demonstrate athorough knowledge of regulatory and company policies in the Front of House operational environment. Adaptable and able to positively support business change, you will be able to prioritise andplan your own workloadand be anexcellent people manager.
