Ground Operations Training Supervisor BOH of House - ALC
EuropeReporting to theOverseas Operations Training Manager, theBack of House (BOH) Training Supervisorwill be responsible for leading a team ofBOHTrainers, ensuring delivery of the highest quality oftrainingandcoaching, in order to drive standards of BOH operational performance.
You will be responsible for ensuring the network receives the highest possible standards ofsupportandtrainingthrough your team. By working closely withGround Operations Management,you will identify training requirements and provide resolutions. You will assess,monitor and measure theperformanceof the BOH Training Team through121sandbase visits. The Training Supervisor will deliverTrain the Trainercourses to the BOH Training Team and willreviewanddesigncreative and engaging training solutions for initial and recurrent training, ensuring quality and standards are met across the BOH Ground Operations Training function. This role also involvesconducting auditsand ensuringcomplianceof training processes and procedures is in line with bothregulatory standardsandJet2 .comvalues. As an ambassador forSafetyyou will attend meetings and represent the Training function's commitment to excellence.
This role can be based at any of our overseas bases in Spain and Portugalhowever there will be a requirement totravel on a regular basisto other self-handling bases as well asLow Fare Finder Housein Leeds which will be your secondary base.
The successful candidate will already be demonstratingRole Model behavioursand will be aproven self starterwithextensive experience of training design and deliveryon an individual basis and in a class room environment. With extensiveRamp and Dispatch Operational experience, you will be asubject matter expertwith a thorough knowledge ofairside regulatory operating procedures. Previous experience ofmanaging teamsis required, ideally within a remote training or an airside operational environment. Previous experience ofProject Managementwould also be beneficial. You will be fluent in Spanish and English.
