Mechanic - Hangar Manchester
EuropeReporting to theCrew Chief, theMechanicwill be responsible for carrying out base maintenance on allJet2 .comaircraft, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and on time. This position plays an important role in ensuring our aircraft are maintained to a very high standard and that delays are kept to a minimum.
TheMechanicwill perform defect rectification and routine servicing as directed by theCrew Chief, carrying out aircraft maintenance tasks according toEuropean Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)requirements and regulations. You will also be expected to be available at short notice for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery.
The successful candidate will have an operational background inaircraft maintenance, with experience working on commercial aircraft. If you are anEASA A-Licensed Mechanicthat would behighly desirable.You will have full working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
