Resort Team Leader - Tenerife

If so, you could be the ideal Resort Team Leader for our Jet2holidays Team in Tenerife!
Reporting into the Destination Manager, the Resort Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Resort based Customer helpers to deliver VIP customer service at all times.
You will plan your team's rosters to ensure they are visiting our customers at their hotels at the optimum times to be on hand to give their great insider knowledge of the resort and recommendations of excursions we provide to match their needs to ensure they have a great Jet2holiday.
You will also be the team\u0027s first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our local agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery. Representing our Jet2holidays\u0027 values at all times whether this be face to face, via email, over the phone or via social media is also key to the success of this role.
If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers' holiday experience whilst working as One Team, then this is the perfect role for you.
Already living in the destination, or willing to relocate, you'll know the location inside out and ideally speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.
To be successful in this role you will already be a driver with your own transport and have previous team leadership experience, ideally gained within the Travel Industry.
