Fatigue Safety Analyst
EuropeReporting to theFlight Safety Manager, the Fatigue Safety Analystis responsible for assisting in the day to day management of theJet2 .comFatigue Risk Management System, applying Human Factors principles to the Company's Safety Management System (SMS).
Through the analysis of Fatigue Safety Reports and the assessment of incidents and near misses, you will collate information to be used by management for strategic decision making. The Fatigue Safety Analyst will compile regularHuman Factors and Fatigue Reports, identifying trends to support the Fatigue Safety Action Group. Promotion of theJet2 .comJust Culture as well as assisting in the design and presentation of training material for Fatigue is critical to the success of this role.
In addition, you will support and promote the anonymous and confidential reporting facility, in accordance with Company's Safety Management System.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of the aviation industry and demonstrable experience of managing a database, preferably within an Airline Operations or Safety environment. You will have a logical and analytical approach to problem solving, and beapproachable,discreetandreliable. TheFatigue Safety Analystwill also have excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Office applications.
