Training Centre - Administrator
EuropeReporting to the ATO and Training Centre Manager, theTraining Centre Administratoris responsible for the provision of a friendly and engaging welcome to all visitors to the Training Centre. You will be the first point of contact forJet2 .comandJet2holidayscolleagues as well as external visitors.
You will ensure that all calls to the Training Centre are answered within agreed response times and that all incoming calls and visitors are handled in the appropriate manner. You will be responsible for signing in and issuing access passes to visitors andmaintaining a clean and tidy reception area at all times. In addition, you will monitor the security systems around the building (CCTV, external door alarm systems), coordinate the Fire Alarm tests as well as organising the ordering of stationery, directing post and signing for parcels and packages as necessary.
The role will be Monday to Friday with alternating weekly shifts. The morning shift will work -07:00 to 13:15 and the afternoon shift will work 13:15 - 19:00.
The successful candidate will have proven administration experience ideally within in a receptionist or telephony based environment. You will be used to working in abusy environmentand dealing with customers at all levels. You will be professional, open, engaging and approachable. Above all, you will be naturally inclined to assist others, imparting our‘Happy to Help' ethos and will be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint applications.
