Customer Contact Trainer - Customer Service
EuropeReporting to the Training Manager, the Customer Contact Trainer - Customer Service is an essential part of our expanding Customer Service team.
Ensuring the successful induction of all new Customer Service Executives and Administrators into the Customer Service team, you will also deliver ongoing training to our current team to ensure our customers always receive a VIP experience across all communication platforms, including telephone, e-mail and letter.
Your key focus will be to facilitate learning through a wide range of delivery methods to both new and existing colleagues whilst having responsibility for identifying training needs and designing, developing and preparing relevant training solutions based on both business and customer needs that will meet the requirements of our fast-paced business.
To be successful in the role you will have experience of delivering training within a Contact Centre environment with a Customer Service focus and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people across all levels of the business. Strong organisational and problem solving skills are essential along with an ability to work independently and proactively.
