Customer Service Team Leader
EuropeReporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for the management of a team of advisors including recruitment, selection, performance reviews and on-going coaching and development.
In addition, you will be responsible for the provision of accurate reporting to the Customer Service Manager on your teams performance and individual KPI's, along with handling escalated customer queries and maintaining up to date knowledge of industry developments.
You will already have proven experience within a customer service role at Team Leader level and hold strong people management skills including coaching and developing.
