Customer Service Administrator to provide high quality customer service and administrative support to customers within an Aviation Company based in Hounslow
You will be providing support to customers via telephone in a professional manner, dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
As an integral part of the team you will have the desire and ability to take on account management for some customers if and when required
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls, providing high customer service
Administration duties including quoting and pricing
Sourcing and raising of purchase orders
Maintain and improve TAT (turn-around-time), quality and cost
Produce customer delivery reports and forecasting
