EuropeReporting to the Application SupportManager, theSupport Analystwill work closely with theSupport and BIDevelopment Teamsto provide support and development on our in-house applications.
This is a hands-on role where you will be investigating data issues raised by users, resolving or escalating in a timely manner where appropriate. You will take ownership of any incidents raised through to completion.
The successful candidate will havestrong SQL skills, have experience of using an issue log system to record and track IT problems or queries raised by users. You will also haveproven experienceofproviding IT Supportwithin a fast moving environment working to tight timescales. You will ideally have knowledge ofweb related technologies, beITIL Foundationcertified and have experience of C# development in a Visual Studio Team System environment.
