There is now a requirement for an additional CNC machine operator to be able to work in Twin spindle LU15 Turning machine (work centre 94T0179)-CNC and lathe experience required.
To manufacture components to Aerospace quality standards on the Okuma Turning machine.
The operator needs to be able to interparate engineering drawing and ensure parts are conforming to drawings, specifications and aerospace standards.
The ability to make minor program edits and offset adjustments, knowledge of lean tools would be an advantage. The ability to work with little supervision and use of checking equipment is essential.
The person will be required to undergo training initially with our early shift (6am - 2pm, Mon-Fri) for a period of 8-12 weeks and will remain on early shift).
PAYE RATES (holiday pay also accrued)
£13.36 paye for the first 37 hours
£20.04 for Overtimeafter 37 hours and Saturdays,
£26.72 for Sundays and bank Holidays
£14.70 for earlies
£16.03 for Lates
£17.42 LTD for the first 37 hours
£26.13 for Overtime after 37 hours and Saturdays,
£34.83 for Sundays and Bank Holidays
£19.16 for earlies
£20.90 for lates
Rates also rise after 12 weeks.
