About the Job
We are looking for an experienced sales leader person, to create and manage Stratajet Sales Strategy in order to achieve the company’s revenue, profit objectives in Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales person with aviation experience (or similar) who is driven by the desire to maximise Stratajet revenue coupled with the ability to manage multiple leads under tight time constraints and in return, has the potential to earn competitive compensation in a fast-growing, high-tech, unique organisation with plenty of room for over-achievement. The position will predominantly be based in London.
Build a team from scratch.
Develop compensation systems.
Create the company sales strategy to achieve the company’s sales goals.
Establish sales objectives for the sales team and forecast annual sales.
Manage personnel and human resources by direct performance management of employees.
Define KPIs, plan, monitor, coach, develop and review job results.
Develop new business opportunities by research and lead generation prospective customers.
Create strategies and coordinate them with the sales team to prospect and qualify potential customers within assigned geographic territories.
Meeting, pitch and demo Apply and App to prospective customers.
Represent Stratajet at events and attend in person if required.
Build and sustain customer relationships across a broad spectrum.
Work with finance team to ensure sales profit is tracked accurately.
Experience motivating and managing a sales team, with track record of both team and personal success and growth.
Flexible approach to working hours according to business needs.
Out of hours on duty coverage as part of a roster when needed.
Aviation experience a distinct advantage.
Degree educated or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent presentation skills.
Highly energetic and self-motivated.
Methodical and meticulous in tracking and reporting.
Excellent team player able to work closely with other departments.
