Baggage Services and Transfer Operations Manager
AsiaExcel have a new permanent position available for a Baggage Services and Transfer Operations Manager in the Middle East.
This position holds primary responsibility for the design, development and resourcing of all aspects of the Baggage & Transfer. This individual will, with the Senior Manager Airport Services, be responsible for the quality of operations in the arena of Baggage and Baggage Services as well as all aspects of our clients transfer product both above and below wing. This is to include raising and management of initial OHL and missing baggage records, tracing activity 5 days and beyond, the delivery of same Terminal and inter terminal transfer product, including the development of new technology solutions in all these areas.
The requirements for this role are as follows; college degree or equivalent, a minimum of 8 years management experience, a broad general understanding of all aspects of airline operations, relevant IATA certification.
The right person for this role will be someone who meets the above requirements along with having various attributes including a strong customer focus, effective communication, business acumen and a real can do attitude.
