Charter & Airline Sales Administrator - Fixed Term Contract
Reporting to the General Manager - Charter Sales, the Charter & Airline Sales Administrator is responsible for all aspects of the administrative, product and support processes associated with charter flight files and third party tour operator allocations on Jet2 .com scheduled flights. Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Working closely with other internal teams and external suppliers, you will oversee the management of new and active contracts, ensuring a best in class customer service experience. You will supervise the processing of all confirmed bookings, providing assistance where required, including the raising of pre-flight documentation and advanced passenger welfare support enquiries.
The successful candidate will be well organised, with excellent attention to detail, and have a keen interest in the travel industry. With strong IT skills, you will have an analytical and forward thinking approach to problem solving. Working cooperatively and flexibly, whilst maintaining strong working relationships at all business levels is vital to the success of this role.
