Internship Human Resources International (m/f) - based in Neu-Isenburg
Within the regional HR team, you will support dealing with the HR topics in our international countries (Benelux, Italy, UK, USA, France, China, South Africa, Singapore, Australia etc.) and take part in selected international HR projects. This experience could be a very good start to give an international scope to your career and discover the HR function.
•Support the current team in answering day-to-day HR questions from the countries
•Deal with the general HR administration tasks of the countries
•Support the recruitment process of employees all around the world
•Have a more in-depth insight in one or more countries (managing some HR tools, for example our absence management system)
•Get involved in international HR projects.
•Student or recent graduate in HR/International Business/Employment Law or other related field, preparing a high education diploma
•You need to be able to work in Germany (Frankfurt/ Neu Isenburg) during the internship (according to German Immigration Policy)
•Fluency in English is essential
•Additional languages from one of the countries we are dealing with is a strong advantage
•German language is appreciated
•High motivation to discover the HR field and take part in various tasks
•Strong analytical skills and flexibility in dealing with different topics in different countries
•Previous practical experience, e.g. internships, is an asset.
•Computer-literate, competent with MS Office
•Excellent in communication skills
Start date: middle February 2018 would be ideal
Duration: 6 months minimum
