Live Chat - Travel Advisor
Reporting to the Live Chat Team Leader, our Live Chat - Travel Advisor's are an essential part of our dedicated Sales Team within our Jet2holidays Contact Centre.
You will be responsible for maximising all sales and revenue opportunities and selling products from our entire range in order to achieve your individual KPI's and targets. In addition, you will aid our customers through the booking process, using our Live Chat service, ensuring they receive a VIP Customer experience at all times.
In order to be successful in the role you will be a results driven self starter who is able to build up extensive product knowledge in order to confidently sell package holidays along with ancillary and insurance products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a friendly telephone manner are essential along with experience of achieving monthly targets, ideally within a call centre environment. Proven experience of cross and up selling to customers over the phone is advantageous.
