What's the role?
We are now looking for a Night shift Hangar Supervisor who is responsible for ensuring the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is carried out on the easyJet fleet during shift. Whilst doing so, guaranteeing the required standards are met and the operating programme is achieved in an efficient and safe manner.
Acting as the focal point for all maintenance related communications, it is crucial that relationship and processes with other departments are effective, efficient and complete.
What we're looking for:
Hold EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 and C license and authorisation or equivalent on company aircraft
Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of applicable airworthiness legislation
Ideally a minimum of 5 years operational experience in a line/Base maintenance environment
Proven ability to communicate issues to management
High degree of customer focus - both internal and external
Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, in all levels of the organisation
Willingness to be flexible in order to meet deadlines and overcome operational problems and embrace change and drive improvements within the business
Demonstrate a working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
Demonstrate proficiency in IT
Demonstrate experience in Team Supervision
