CAE Kidlington , UK is seeking SE FI for their MPL program to join their training department. Successful candidates will be passionate about teaching and excel in communicating their aviation knowledge and experience. With training facilities in over 30 countries, our instructors must be able to adapt their style to suit our diverse client base.

Minimum Requirements & Eligibility:
  • Total time: Minimum of 500 hours’ total time
  • Time on type: Minimum of 200 hours of relevant instructional experience
  • Licence: EASA CPL/IR – FI Rating (unrestricted) and Class 2 medical
  • Knowledge of multi pilot procedures
  • Must have the right to work and live in Europe
  • Must have basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point and other internet based programs
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused mind set
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt style to global client base

Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintain a high standard of student reports, assessments and records
  • Pre and post briefings and other
  • Pastoral care and counselling of students as appropriate
  • Support OAA to achieve overall customer service standards
  • Any other tasks as required by Head – Operations UK
  • Meet instructional standards at each standardization review as defined by the CFI
  • Contribute and assist in the development of OAA training materials (new and existing) as appropriate to a quality standard as defined by the CFI
